1. About This Policy

RallyReel ("we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered tools that turn vehicle photos into videos.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain information when you use rallyreel.ai.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect:

• Your email address;
• Your name and email address when you sign in with Google;
• Vehicle photos and logos you upload;
• Videos generated through RallyReel;
• Subscription and payment details processed by Stripe;
• Support messages and other communications; and
• Technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, and feature usage.

Uploaded photos may contain people, licence plates, addresses, or other personal information. You are responsible for having the right to upload the content you provide.

If you connect Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok, RallyReel stores the connected Page, account, or channel identifier and name, along with the OAuth tokens needed to maintain the connection. When available, we may also retrieve recent post links, views, and likes for display in RallyReel. We do not receive or store your password for these services.

RallyReel does not store payment-card numbers.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create and manage accounts;
• Process uploads and generate videos;
• Process subscriptions and payments;
• Provide support;
• Send account, billing, service, and promotional messages;
• Publish videos you select to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok;
• Analyze and improve RallyReel;
• Measure advertising and marketing performance;
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your photos or videos to train our generative AI models.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate RallyReel, including providers for:

• Hosting, storage, and infrastructure;
• Payment processing;
• Analytics and advertising; and
• Email and customer support.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to investigate fraud or misuse, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of the business.

RallyReel does not sell personal information for money.

When you choose to publish, we send the selected video and applicable settings—such as its caption or title, visibility, audience, interaction, and disclosure choices—to the platform you select. Those platforms process this information under the Meta Privacy Policy for Facebook and Instagram, the Google Privacy Policy for YouTube, or the TikTok Privacy Policy, as applicable.

Personal information may be processed in Canada, the United States, and other countries where our providers operate.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to run RallyReel, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used.

We also use third-party tracking tools, such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure advertising.

You can limit or opt out of non-essential tracking by adjusting your browser settings to block or delete cookies, using browser privacy or ad-blocking features, or through opt-out tools offered by the relevant providers. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the service.

6. Retention and Deletion

We generally retain:

• Account information while your account is active;
• Uploaded photos and generated videos while your account is active;
• Server and security logs for up to one year;
• Payment and invoice records through Stripe for up to 10 years; and
• Backup copies for up to 90 days after account deletion.

To delete your account, email contact@rallyreel.ai. Following a verified request, we will delete active account information and any uploaded or generated content within 30 days.

You can disconnect Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok from RallyReel's Integrations page at any time. We delete the stored tokens and connection from our active database and request revocation from the platform where supported.

We may retain limited information longer where required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or enforcement of our agreements.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format

8. Children

You must be at least 13 years old to use RallyReel. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use RallyReel only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information.

However, no online service or storage system is completely secure.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised "Last updated" date.
